Refund Policy

At MeShon & Co., each item is made with care and intention. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.

 No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

All sales are final unless your item meets the criteria in Section 2.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (7-Day Window)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Subject: Start a Return – Order #[Your Order Number]

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

3. Return Approval Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label
  • You will receive step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

Items must be shipped back using the label and instructions provided.

Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

4. When Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept a return if:

  • The request was made after 7 days
  • The item has been worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer
  • The item was customized or made-to-order
  • The return was shipped without approval
  • The item is not in its original condition

 

5. Replacements

If your item qualifies for a return due to damage or error, you will receive a replacement of the same item.

Refunds are not issued unless a replacement is unavailable.
